tight squeeze near the capitol
We tackled a facade restoration project right across from the Colorado State Capitol during the legislative session. The site manager was sweating because the only staging area was a narrow alley shared with delivery trucks. Blocking that alley meant shutting down operations, but placing units too far away meant the crew lost valuable time walking back and forth.
I drove the route myself at 5 AM to map out a stagger schedule that dodged the morning delivery rush. We deployed compact units that fit tight against the brickwork, leaving exactly enough clearance for trucks. Our crew serviced them before dawn every day so the site stayed clean without smells drifting toward public walkways. The project finished ahead of schedule.
Mateo figured out a placement strategy we didn't think was possible, keeping our site compliant without blocking the alley.
